As a person centered therapist, I believe the client has the best understanding of what is right for them and I believe the client is doing the best with what they know. I also believe in a client’s right to freewill and choice. As an integrative therapist with a mindfulness, psychodynamic, CBT, feminist based and humanistic approach, I will empower and inspire clients to find the best solutions for themselves in this moment and explore what they believe to be true at this moment. 

 I will also guide them to discover what they believe is lacking in their lives or guide them to discover what they feel could be better. This could be better health, finances, career or relationships. As a counsellor my role is to collaborate with the client  and explore what is blocking them from attaining their personals goals and attain clarity around what they place value and meaning in, in their life.
